TENNESSEE ARTS ACADEMY 12/6/2007

Posted 5/23/2008
I have just learned this morning that there is one opening in the instrumental group at the Tennessee Arts Academy this summer.  If you would like to have it, email me ASAP at fullercon@fssd.org.

The dates of this year's Academy, held at Belmont University, are July 13 - July 18.  The instrumental clinician is Gary Green of the University of Miami.  The registration fee is $185.00 and that includes breakfast and lunch every day, reception on Sunday, July 13, and banquet on Wednesday night, a T-shirt and tote bag with all kinds of good musical stuff that you can use (as suggested by the clinicians.)  The other clinician you would also work with is Jeff Bush, of Arizona State University, a percussionist whose specialty is general music.

Don't delay if you are interested- get in touch with me immediately.  You don't want to miss this opportunity!
Thanks,
Connie Fuller

Message from Krystle Jones :
About a month ago, both my flute and my piccolo were stolen from my
locker at school. The police have no leads because there were no witnesses,
as far as we know, and no cameras (although we are 90% sure it was
targeted). They have not shown up in pawn shop lists, and they are not for
sale at online merchants such as Ebay. They believe they are being used by
someone.
 I have both serial #'s:
The flute is a Powell Sonare- SF7000 Model/Serial # S070386
My piccolo is made out of beautiful, dark brown Ironwood. It is a Boston
Legacy made by Emerson. It's Serial # is 506.

Thank you,
Krystle Jones
